Choosing the dentist that will work best for your family is a big decision. You probably have a number of questions you wish to ask regarding the services we offer and our practice philosophy. This week we have our reception staff working from home with remote computer and phone access at Level 3. We will be able to respond to your voice message within 24 hours and we are starting to take bookings for an anticipated level 2 from Monday the 18th of May.
Existing bookings will be honoured and missed appointments will be prioritised according to urgency. This week for existing patients, we will be offering complimentary booked telephone consultations with your dentist for any concerns that cannot be answered by our friendly reception team. We understand that there may be a bottleneck for patient appointments once we descend into level 2 and want to assure you that we will be working hard for everyone to be triaged and seen in a timely manner.
