With over 15 years’ experience in dental administration Annette is the person whose smiling voice will greet you on the telephone most days. She joined us in 2008 following 9 years at a busy practice in Melbourne and our practice could certainly not function without her!

She co-ordinates the other staff who work on reception and manages staff and patient expectations with empathy and efficiency ensuring that you can get appointments when you need them. When she isn’t at work she enjoys hiking, gardening and does various volunteer work in the community.

This week we have our reception staff working from home with remote computer and phone access at Level 3. We will be able to respond to your voice message within 24 hours and we are starting to take bookings for an anticipated level 2 from Monday the 18th of May.
Existing bookings will be honoured and missed appointments will be prioritised according to urgency. This week for existing patients, we will be offering complimentary booked telephone consultations with your dentist for any concerns that cannot be answered by our friendly reception team. We understand that there may be a bottleneck for patient appointments once we descend into level 2 and want to assure you that we will be working hard for everyone to be triaged and seen in a timely manner.
