Janet Lamont Dental Surgeon

Janet Lamont has been practising dentistry for 20 years and has experience in general practice, minor oral surgery and cosmetic dentistry. She graduated in 1995 from Otago University and then went on to do 2 years in hospital dentistry in Auckland before moving to Sydney. There she spent 2 years doing cosmetic dentistry and completing her fellowship with the Royal College of Australasian Dental Surgeons with a surgical fellowship. The next 11 years were spent in private practice in central London and having her 3 children over that time. She has since returned to New Zealand 4 years ago and is happily settled in general dentistry, particularly enjoying a female group practice.

Janet is active in most sports, especially enjoying skiing, triathlon and dog walking. Claim to fame, is not getting sick and taking sick days!!!!

Janet looks forward to treating your whole family and enjoys young and old and the odd bit of banter. She has small hands and is gentle as she doesn't want to hurt you at all and wants you to enjoy your time with her. Please bring in music and headphones if you wish to!
