Janet Beale - Therapist

Janet Beale graduated 35 years ago as dental therapist and has worked in Northland, Bay of Plenty, Otago and Adelaide in South Australia. Before moving to Queenstown in 2001 with her husband she worked as a teaching fellow at the School of Dentistry, University of Otago.

She feels it is a privilege to work with children and enjoys being involved with introducing them and their parents to dentistry. She works with children from birth through to 18 years of age. At Frankton Dental she treats adolescents under the "free for under 18 year olds" General Dental Benefit contract and loves being part of the wider dental team.

Away from work she enjoys getting outdoors hiking, skiing and gardening and catching up with family and friends going to the movies.

So if your adolescent hasn't have their teeth checked since year 8 call us- we have clinics on a Monday evening so they don't even need to miss school!

Any surgical or invasive procedure carries risks. Before proceeding, you should seek a second opinion from an appropriately qualified health practitioner.
